Being able to use your business phone line anywhere is a must in this age of remote working. At Kriskore we make sure you have a seemless solution that allows you to operate where ever you are.
This article will explain how to set up your NimbusPhone App.
To use the NimbusPhone app with your VoIP account, there a few requirements:
-The account must have the mobile app enabled
-The account must have a phone number and e911 setup
-The user must have the mobile app enabled
For help making sure the requirements are met, please contact our support line and we will be happy to assist you.
Once the app is enabled on the device user, a QR code will be emailed to the users email address
Please note: The QR password is randomly generated and does not need to be changed. The QR Code is single-use and lasts for 72 hours.
1. Download the NimbusPhone mobile app from our Downloads Page
2. Open the email from [email protected] with the subject Kriskorenet - Mobile App Enabled and view the QR code
3. Use the QR code scanner within the NimbusPhone app
4. Scan the QR code in the email we sent
5. Accept the Terms & Conditions
Congratulations, your mobile app is now active!
